Stewart Christmas Party
We had the Stewart Christmas party with all Erik's siblings a few days before Christmas. It was fun for Cohen to finally meet and play with his cousins. Cohen has three little girl cousins and one older boy step cousin that lives in Arkansas. It was sure a house full! Playing in the paper and chaos. Cohen got some cute things and loved walking around in his new squeaky shoes.
Cohen took to Grandpa Kiser almost right away. His favorite thing was to have my dad carry him around and show him all the lights in the house. Cohen would point to where he wanted to go and which light he wanted turned on. He has had a fascination with lights ever since. Every time we go somewhere new or when he gets up from his naps he points to the first light he sees. Pointing is his communication these days. He points to the bottle, to the bread, or the raspberries, the fruit snacks, dog water, whatever he feels he is in need of. We have tried the sign language thing, he just seems to prefer the index finger.

First Airplane Ride
We thought flying was bad when it was just the two of us......
Cohen actually did pretty well for being such a active baby and not just walking but running these days. We had twice has much stuff, plus a car seat, and a stroller and a little boy running in the opposite direction. On the way to Utah we had one layover and both of the planes were packed full. So trying to hold Cohen on my lap for 4 hours with no place to put anything or room to move and him squirming trying to get down.... lets just say it was a long day. Cohen had fun in the airports though so much space to run:) The leash was a lifesaver.
Christmas in Utah
Last year for Christmas I was pregnant and on bed rest so my parents had to come to us in Tennessee. This year we went back to Utah after 18 months! I can't believe it had been that long. It was so nice to go home. We had such a good time. And had mixed feelings about coming back to TN. It made be really homesick again. And it has taken me a awhile to adjust back. I miss just having people around. I miss Cohen not having his grandparents and cousins around. Anyway it was a great Christmas and very special because it was Cohen first Christmas.
Brothers
It is fun to watch Cohen and Aggie interact now. Cohen wants whatever toy Aggie has and Aggie wants whatever food Cohen has. Aggie's food and water can't be left on the kitchen floor because a certain little boy will play in the water and dump the rest all over the floor and he will even finish Aggie's leftovers yum! Poor Aggie his eating and drinking times are limited to when Cohen is sleeping or in his highchair.

Thanksgiving
This was our third Thanksgiving in Tennessee. I know I can't believe it either. For the third year in a row we got together with some of our good friends Lance, Ariel, Jeff, Lynn, and baby Kendall. Kendall was born two days before Cohen and it if fun to see them interact. Oh and Kendall was snoozing during dinner so that is why Cohen is in a pink high chair people;) Cohen was so tired during dinner he barely made it before zonking out himself.
